Certification
Quality control is provided by trained ACI field technicians to ensure proper moisture content, temperature, slump and water/cement ratio. Random sampling and testing is performed daily. Special mix designs and outside testing services can also be supplied for projects.
Environmental "Green" Concrete
Recycling of storm water, reusing wash down water and other corporate environmental responsibilities are this companys commitment to broaden awareness of the environment around us. Innovative products such as pervious concrete are products we produce and recommend on green projects. Pervious concrete is composed of recycled byproducts of coal and steel manufacturing as ingredients in a concrete mix leaving all the hardness of conventional concrete while allowing the surface water to return to the Earth.
Consistant Quality
Moisture and temperature probes along with eight different admixtures control the consistence of the final product. Material delivered in January will have the same workability as it would in July.
